This yellow open topper is no less than former Eastern National 2928, AVW397F. This bus was one of the ENOC FLFs converted for OMO operation, but in April 1979 was loaned to United Counties, then in June 1979 to Alder Valley, before returning to ENOC in November 1979. Never reinstated, 2928 was sold to Ensign (dealer) in December 1980, and exported to Hong Kong in May 1981. It joined the Citybus fleet with number B21, and was converted to open top by January 1985.
This shot was taken in the Citybus yard in Tsuen Wan MTR Station on November 15, 1985. By March 1988, the bus was delicensed and withdrawn, then during 1989 was broken up by Citybus. Apparently, some of the parts were sold to a group of Scandanavian students touring in an FLF.......
