About to leave Holland Haven, Clacton is this Eastern National Bristol K5G 1258, FPU514, on service 107 to Walton. It was new to the company in 1937 when it was given fleet no. 3734, rebodied with an ECW 8 foot wide body in 1952 and given a PV2 radiator at the same time.
It was scheduled along with 3732 to be transferred to United Counties in 1952 but because they were at ECW at the time being rebodied, they were retained by ENOC and two others transferred instead.
If my memory serves me right this would have been a Clacton based bus, not Walton but I'm open to correction.
