Wales Dove Bitumastic Ltd, contractor, LHN867, a Bristol L5G built in 1950 with ECW B35R bodywork.
This had been new as United AS BLO467. The embankment carried the railway on the north bank of the Tees, about 50 yards to the right it went over the road to Haverton Hill and the start of Port Clarence can be seen on the left.
