GUF154 seen outside the South Yorkshire Motors premises in Cornmarket, Pontefract was a Guy Arab II (5LW) with a Northern Counties H28/26R body which had started life as Southdown, Brighton 454 in 1945 with an H30/26R layout to the body.
Altered to seat H28/26R in 1949, fitted with a 6LW engine in January 1951 and refitted with a 5LW in July 1956, it was withdrawn in 1956 and passed to Cowley (dealer), Salford in January 1957 and to Turton, Ackworth, in February 1957 and then passed to Coppock (dealer), Sale in November 1958.
