Blackpool tram 606 was one of the stars at the Glasgow Garden Festival and is heading east towards one of the entrances. The west bound track is behind the "pyramids". The only thing recognisable today is the river Clyde as both banks have been redeveloped with BBC Scotland HQ standing where 606 was running.
Blackpool "boat" 606 was a popular choice when the weather was fine. Glasgow (1297 seen here), Paisley and Edinburgh systems were also represented.
