The Back End of the Bus

Photo © John Stringer. Please do not re-post without permission.

A rear view of former United Service Transport, London AXU657, a 1934 AEC Regal 0662 originally bodied by Harrington as C32F, but rebodied with this all-metal Harrington FC33F body in 1950. It was withdrawn about 1958, eventually passing to Colin Shears' West of England Transport Collection, Winkleigh.

In the background is former Royal Blue Beadle-bodied Bristol L6A HOD30, which has in more recent times been fully restored.
