Eastern National
'Sold On' FLFs and VRs

One of the May 1968 semi-automatic FLF6LX deliveries, this bus (2920, AEV814F) served with Eastern National until 1981, and was sold on to Norths (dealer) of Sherburn, then to Gwyneth M Hancock, Greetland, who had fitted the bus out as "Changes Boutique" by June 1983. By May 1985, however, 2920 had been sold on again to John Waddingtons of Leeds, who used the bus as a mobile showroom for their board games.
Another change of owner by March 1988, saw the bus serving as the Daily Mirror Fun Bus, but with the owner curiously reported as "Shoo the Goose" of Sherrif Hutton., later clarified as McFadzean. By January 1994, the bus was stored back at Norths, and then sold to Antique Auto of Antwerp, Belgium. Paul caught up with the bus in Antwerp on May 24th, 1995, and shot this photograph. Antique Auto are no longer in Antwerp, but still own 2920 plus several other non-ENOC FLFs.
