Eastern National
'Sold On' FLFs and VRs

This is a former Eastern National FLF despite its triangular Scottish destination display. This bus was new as 2881 (UEV 219E) and was part of the FLF/VRT swop which occurred in 1971 when it became MRD 207 with W. Alexander and Sons (Midland) Ltd.
It is believed that this FLF operated tours in Old Montreal before being converted to a milk bar and parked at Deschambault. It was purchased in April, 2000 by La Veloroute des Bluets, Alma, Quebec and was in the process of being converted into a promotional and marketing vehicle, albeit without an engine, when this picture was taken.
