Happily preserved by the Eastern National Preservation Group, and housed at the Castle Point Transport Museum, here is Eastern National 2849, NTW942C, at the Southend Bus Rally in June 1997
NTW was reconditioned by the apprentices at Hadleigh and used as a show bus in 1974, and was sold directly into preservation in 1981 - first to ENPG member Peter Hughes, then to ENPG as a group.
