Preserved pre-war ex-Westcliff K5G AJN825 on an Eastern National Enthusiasts Group tour in January 1985 to commemorate 30 years of the Southend Corporation and Eastern National joint co-ordination agreement.
The agreement only lasted just over one more year after the photo was taken, since it was scrapped with deregulation in 1986. It is now 50 years since the agreement started.
