Framed on a beautiful day by glorious background, elegant houses, Cambrian Railways signal box and Great Western signal, Crosville ERG276, YFM276L, performs traditional interchange at Barmouth on the D94 at 14.15 to Corwen via Bala and Llandrillo. substantially a rail replacement route. The Bristol RELL6G with ECW DP50F body was new in January 1973 and was transferred to Crosville Wales in September 1986.
Hylton Castle Motors, then of East Boldon, purchased the bus for more urban Tyne & Wear deregulated work in May 1988 and it served until July 1991, being sold for scrap two months later. ERG269/70/83/4 from the same batch were also purchased in 1988.
