Seen in Leeds shortly before the formation of West Yorkshire PTE in 1974 is Bradford 410, PKW410J, a 1970 Daimler Fleetline with a dual door Alexander body.
This was one of the vehicles choosen to carry the experimental West Yorkshire PTE liveries. Seen carrying the first version of the colours, 410 is working the former Ledgard route to Bradford from Leeds jointly taken over in 1967 when Ledgard sold out to West Yorkshire. The service had been extended from Park Place to the bus station shortly after the joint working commenced.
