Blue Line (Samuel Morgan), Armthorpe WWX671, a Guy Arab IV with Burlingham H41/31F body, new in 1959.
An alternative nearside view to Alan Hall's offside one, showing the sliding door. Thirty-footer Arab IV's with the exposed radiator were quite a rarity, and the low bonnet line and slim radiator shell always looked slightly under-proportioned to me adorning the front of such an otherwise large and impressive bus - the driver would appreciate the excellent visibility though. I always felt the Blue Line/Reliance livery tended to look a bit drab compared to the other Doncaster independents, but none of this stops me from liking it though.
