Alexander’s (Midland) MRF25, KWG355F, was a Daimler CRG6LX with Alexander H44/31F body, new in July 1967.
The second batch of 1967 Fleetlines (MRF21-45) carried this trial livery with ivory roofs and window surrounds for a short while but were quickly repainted in the standard livery of predominantly azure blue with two ivory bands, the lower one swept upwards and over the doors (n/side) and cab (o/side) and above the windscreen.
MRF25, of Milngavie depot, is seen on the parking area off Killermont Street with its screens set for a journey on the frequent 105 service to Drumchapel via Canniesburn Toll and Dalsetter Avenue which used nearby Renfrew Street as its city centre terminus.
